What is this show, exactly? Is it therapy?

While The Haven integrates proven, evidence-based therapeutic tools and concepts, it is nothing like a traditional therapy session. You will not be expected to disclose anything personal or vulnerable, though you may do so if you wish. There is no one right way to experience the Haven, and every choice you make is correct.

Who is the show suited for?

Due to the unique nature of this one-on-one experience, the Haven is recommended for guests 18 and older. The show is also not suitable for anyone with an allergy to citrus. Otherwise, The Haven is ready to welcome anyone and everyone. 

Is the venue ADA-compliant?

The show and venue are ADA compliant; please notify us of any particular needs or requirements before your visit.

Where is The Haven located?

The Haven is located at 53 Bridge St, Suite 307, Brooklyn, NY 11201, just a few blocks from the F train.

How long is the experience?

Your time in the Haven will last approximately one hour.

Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?

No; however, you may find it helpful to consider any obstacles or challenges in your life you would like to better understand before coming to the Haven. You will receive further guidance before your visit.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds. However, if you notify us within 7 days of your appointment, we would be happy to reschedule you for a later date.
